Chỉ cách bãi biển Mỹ Khê vài bước chân, công trình do Ho Khue Architects thực hiện năm 2017 đã biến một khu đất bị bó hẹp ba phía thành một không gian lưu trú giàu cảm xúc. Không chọn cách cạnh tranh bằng quy mô hay hình thức hào nhoáng, dự án đi theo một hướng khác biệt, lấy sự tĩnh tại và kết nối thiên nhiên làm giá trị cốt lõi.

Located only a short walk from Mỹ Khê Beach, the six-storey boutique condotel designed by Ho Khue Architects in 2017 transforms a constrained site — enclosed on three sides by neighbouring buildings — into an emotionally rich hospitality space. Rather than competing through scale or flashy aesthetics, the project pursues a distinct path, placing tranquility and a profound connection with nature at its core.

The architectural language is developed as a “living skin,” where glass, vegetation, and light interact dynamically to form a vibrant and breathing façade. Planted balconies are not mere decorative elements but integral visual components that allow the building to “breathe” in rhythm with nature. By completely opening the ground floor and mezzanine, the design invites sea breezes to flow naturally through the interior while allowing daylight to penetrate deeply, effectively dissolving the usual sense of confinement often found in alley-side developments.

Each guest room is deliberately positioned at a corner, maximising the dialogue between interior and exterior. This thoughtful placement ensures every room is bathed in natural light and fresh sea air, opening onto private balconies carefully curated as miniature personal gardens. Here, greenery creates a flexible visual effect — as the viewer’s perspective shifts, the entire building appears to move gently, imparting a rare softness and vitality to the overall form.
