Giữa nhịp sống sôi động của thành phố biển Đà Nẵng, Brewman Coffee Concept xuất hiện như một minh chứng rõ nét cho khả năng sáng tạo của kiến trúc dịch vụ trong bối cảnh nguồn lực hạn chế. Khởi nguồn từ đam mê cà phê Việt của hai doanh nhân trẻ, dự án không chỉ là một quán cà phê mà còn là câu chuyện về tinh thần khởi nghiệp và cách biến ràng buộc tài chính thành động lực bứt phá. Trên khu đất nhỏ 80 mét vuông nằm khiêm tốn trong một con hẻm trung tâm, công trình do 85 Design thực hiện đã cho thấy quy mô không phải là rào cản của những ý tưởng lớn, đặc biệt khi kết hợp linh hoạt với một dự án thời trang để tối ưu nguồn lực..

Ngôn ngữ kiến trúc mang đậm tinh thần công nghiệp với khung thép lộ thiên và các mảng kính lớn, tạo nên sự mạnh mẽ nhưng vẫn giàu cảm xúc. Không gian nhỏ được mở rộng về thị giác, trở nên thoáng đãng và dễ chịu hơn. Ngay từ lối vào, khu vườn nhỏ và hồ cá Koi đóng vai trò như một khoảng đệm tinh tế, giúp tách biệt sự ồn ào bên ngoài. Tầng trệt là không gian cà phê chính, trong khi tầng lửng kết hợp khu ngồi với trưng bày sản phẩm thời trang thủ công, tạo nên sự giao thoa sáng tạo và gia tăng trải nghiệm cho khách hàng.

Điểm nhấn nổi bật là mái kính lớn mở ra bầu trời, biến không gian nội thất thành một phần của thiên nhiên. Ánh sáng, bầu trời hay những cơn mưa đều trở thành yếu tố cảm xúc, khiến trải nghiệm uống cà phê vượt khỏi giá trị thông thường và trở nên sống động hơn theo từng thời điểm trong ngày.

Trước điều kiện khí hậu nóng ẩm của Đà Nẵng, công trình sử dụng kính cách nhiệt và hệ mái phụ di động để kiểm soát nhiệt và ánh sáng. Nhờ đó, không gian vẫn giữ được sự thông thoáng tự nhiên mà đảm bảo sự thoải mái, thể hiện sự cân bằng giữa thẩm mỹ và hiệu năng sử dụng.

Tổng thể, Brewman Coffee Concept vượt khỏi khuôn mẫu của một quán cà phê thông thường, mang đến không gian đa tầng cảm xúc vừa táo bạo vừa gần gũi. Công trình cho thấy chính trong những giới hạn, kiến trúc có thể bộc lộ rõ nhất sức mạnh của sự sáng tạo và tinh thần đổi mới.

Nestled in the vibrant rhythm of the coastal city of Đà Nẵng, Brewman Coffee Concept stands as a striking demonstration of creative hospitality architecture within tight resource constraints. Born from the genuine passion for Vietnamese coffee shared by two young entrepreneurs, the project is more than just a café — it embodies the resilient spirit of start-up culture and the ability to transform financial limitations into powerful creative momentum. Designed by 85 Design on a modest 80m² plot discreetly located in a central alley, the project proves that scale is not a barrier to ambitious ideas, especially when resources are optimised through a smart collaboration with a fashion start-up.

The architectural language is distinctly industrial, featuring exposed steel structures and generous glass surfaces that convey both strength and emotional warmth. Within the compact footprint, the space feels visually expanded, open and remarkably comfortable. At the entrance, a small garden and a tranquil Koi fish pond serve as a refined buffer, gently separating the bustling street from the calm interior. The ground floor functions as the main coffee area, while the mezzanine level seamlessly integrates seating with displays of handcrafted fashion items. This thoughtful hybrid arrangement creates a dynamic intersection between coffee culture and creative retail, enriching the overall customer experience.

The most captivating element is the large glass roof that opens the interior directly to the sky. Sunlight, drifting clouds, and passing rain showers become living elements of the atmosphere, turning an ordinary coffee break into a dynamic, time-sensitive sensory experience that evolves throughout the day.

Mindful of Đà Nẵng’s hot and humid tropical climate, the design incorporates heat-insulating glass and a movable secondary roof system. These intelligent solutions effectively control heat and light while preserving natural ventilation and comfort, achieving a thoughtful balance between aesthetic ambition and practical performance.

Overall, Brewman Coffee Concept transcends the conventional café model to offer a multi-layered spatial experience that feels both bold and intimate. The project powerfully illustrates how architecture can reveal its greatest creative strength precisely when working within limitations, turning constraints into opportunities for innovation and meaningful design.
