Trong khu nghỉ dưỡng biển Da Nang, Naman Retreat Beach Bar là điểm nhấn kết hợp hài hòa giữa không gian mở và vật liệu truyền thống. Thiết kế này tối ưu hóa trải nghiệm thư giãn nhờ hệ thống thông gió tự nhiên, ánh sáng mềm mại từ thiên nhiên và cấu trúc đơn giản nhưng hiệu quả.
Tổ chức không gian và vật liệu địa phương
Không gian bar được bố trí dọc theo bờ biển với góc nhìn trực tiếp về bãi cát và hồ vô cực. Hệ thống mái đan bằng tre được thiết kế vuông góc với mặt đường biển, tạo lối đi cho gió tự nhiên thổi qua toàn bộ khu vực. Vật liệu chính là gỗ tre đã xử lý tự nhiên qua quy trình 4 tháng: uốn cong bằng lửa, ngâm nước và khói diệt khuẩn. Các khung mái được lắp ráp trước khi thi công giúp đảm bảo độ chính xác cao đồng thời rút ngắn thời gian xây dựng.
Cấu trúc đá vôi ở phần sau phục vụ lưu trữ và khu vực dịch vụ, vừa giữ vai trò hỗ trợ kết cấu cho mái tre. Sự kết hợp này tạo nên không gian semi-open vừa che chắn mưa nắng, vừa mở rộng tầm nhìn sang bãi biển mà không làm gián đoạn trải nghiệm.
Giải pháp thông gió và ánh sáng tự nhiên
Mái lá dột tự nhiên cùng hệ thống khung gỗ tre đặc biệt giúp khu vực bar luôn có luồng gió mát từ biển. Ánh sáng được tối ưu qua thiết kế mái nghiêng, phản chiếu nhẹ từ mặt nước hồ và cây xanh xung quanh, tạo cảm giác thư thái cho khách hàng khi thưởng thức đồ uống sau bữa ăn.
Hệ thống thông gió này không chỉ mang lại hơi thở tự nhiên mà còn giảm thiểu sự chói chang của ánh nắng trực tiếp. Sự kết hợp giữa vật liệu địa phương và quy trình xử lý đặc biệt giúp khu vực bar duy trì trạng thái cân bằng nhiệt độ, phù hợp với môi trường biển nhiệt đới.
Beside the main linking road between Da Nang city and Hoi An old town, Naman retreat resort, aqualified coastal resort is located 16 km away from Da Nang international airport.
Naman Retreat is designed as a tropical green resort complex, modern but peaceful. In an area of 3.4ha, the mission is to harmonize 80 bungalows, hotels, 6 VIP villas and other 20 villas. The concept of resort is providing physical and mental treatment for the long stay guests by the nature friendly environment and healthy activities such as spa, yoga, beach sports and so on. To achieve a perfect atmosphere that enables the guests a maximum body and mind purification and relaxation, the resort was designed by harmonious mix of greenery, natural stone and bamboo.
Facing the infinity pool and located right next to the sand beach there is a beach bar. This sheltered semi opened space was designed to provide the area for relaxation where guests can enjoy drinks infront of the pool with a direct view to the beach. This pitched roof building has an intentionally very simple structure that doesn’t disturb view from the restaurant and yet attract the guests to come and have a drink after a dinner.
The shelter of the bar is designed by the bamboo and stone. The stone part accommodates the service facilities and storage for the need of the bar. The stone walls also function as a part of the bearing support for the bamboo roof. The main structure of the pitched roof is created by eight bamboo frames. Each of these frames consist of bended and straight bamboos that are connected by bamboo nails and ropes. These frames are designed perpendicular to the beach which allows the wind to go through the whole bar providing a nice breeze from the sea.
The bamboo poles used for the structure were all naturally treated in situ. The process consists of the bending by fire, soaking in the water and fumigation. This procedure took 4 months, to achieve better quality of the bamboo. After this process, the frames were prefabricated on the ground which increases the precision of each frame and decreases the construction time. This construction method was proven to be very efficient and the quality control during the construction much more easier. The roofing material is a natural thatch roof. This material creates a very tropical image together with the green landscape around the building that enhance the relaxed atmosphere of the resort.
