Tòa nhà văn phòng SHYNH HOUSE CENTRE của Module K tại TP.HCM năm 2018 đã tái định nghĩa không gian làm việc thông qua chiến lược biến hóa độc đáo, chuyển đổi tòa nhà chật chội thành thiên đường cảm giác thư giãn.
Hệ thống mặt ngoài biến hóa: Đột phá từ hình học bướm
Hệ thống màn chắn kim loại laser cắt của Module K thể hiện sự cách tân mạnh mẽ nhất trong thiết kế kiến trúc TP.HCM. Các tấm kim loại hở có độ chính xác cao được tạo thành một lớp màng liên tục, vừa lọc ánh sáng và điều chỉnh góc nhìn, vừa đảm bảo tính vững chắc cấu trúc.
Các lỗ hổng được tính toán tỉ mỉ theo mẫu cánh bướm, tạo ra tương tác động giữa ánh sáng và bóng đổ thay đổi theo thời gian trong ngày. Khi trời tối, hệ thống tự động kích hoạt đèn LED dịu nhẹ, biến tòa nhà thành một bức tranh nghệ thuật lấp lánh trên nền cảnh quan TP.HCM. Sự kết hợp này không chỉ cải thiện ngoại hình chung mà còn khẳng định biểu tượng bướm như mạch sống của toàn bộ thiết kế.
Hệ thống màn chắn đặc biệt phù hợp với điều kiện khí hậu miền Nam Việt Nam. Việc điều chỉnh góc độ lỗ hổng giúp tối ưu hóa ánh sáng vào mùa hè ẩm ướt mà không gây nhiệt quá mức. Đồng thời, hệ thống này cũng hạn chế tầm nhìn từ các tòa nhà xung quanh – yếu tố thiết yếu do vị trí dự án tại giao lộ có nhiều phong cách kiến trúc khác nhau.
Không gian uốn cong cho sự hài hòa cảm giác
Trong không gian nội thất, Module K tập trung vào trải nghiệm đa giác quan thay vì chức năng cứng nhắc. Tòa nhà tích hợp ba khu vườn nhỏ uốn cong bao quanh cấu trúc với tường kính cong, tạo ra các vùng riêng tư nơi tán cây tương tác trực tiếp với môi trường trong nhà. Các khu vườn này vừa cung cấp thông gió tự nhiên vừa khéo léo định hình tầm nhìn đến không gian xanh TP.HCM.
Cầu thang nổi bật nhất của dự án – một phần tử bê tông uốn cong chảy từ khu vực tiếp đón lên các tầng trên như "mảnh vải silk mềm" – là điểm nhấn thiết kế. Thiết kế này tránh hoàn toàn những chuyển tiếp cứng nhắc thường thấy trong không gian thư giãn, tạo ra con đường cảm giác liên tục với sự mượt mà và thanh thoát.
Chất liệu được lựa chọn cẩn trọng để tăng cường sự hài hòa cảm giác: sàn gạch terrazzo phản chiếu các đường sáng từ khu vườn, trong khi tường gỗ ghép lại mang đến độ ấm xúc giác tương phản với bề mặt lạnh của cầu thang bê tông. Hệ thống ánh sáng kết hợp giữa ánh sáng tự nhiên từ khu vườn và đèn LED được điều chỉnh chính xác, tránh gây ảnh hưởng đến chu kỳ sinh học.
Quá trình thiết kế này đã thành công trong việc kết hợp tính phản ứng môi trường với phương pháp thiết kế hướng người dùng. Bằng cách tích hợp các con đường ánh sáng tự nhiên vào cấu trúc kính cong và sử dụng chất liệu tương tác với điều kiện khí hậu TP.HCM, Module K tạo ra không gian chăm sóc sức khỏe hoạt động hiệu quả mà không làm mất đi tính thẩm mỹ hay tiện ích thực tế.

The project’s core innovation lies in its deliberate recreation of natural ecosystems within an artificial landscape framework—a concept executed with precise material choices and spatial choreography to create a cohesive narrative for patrons. This strategy transcends typical restaurant design by actively merging the owner’s deep connection to nature, as a Bonsai Association president, with contemporary architectural principles. The result is not merely a setting but a dynamic environment where gastronomy and landscape artistry become inseparable elements of the visitor’s journey.
Nature's Mimicry in Urban Spaces
Studio8 Vietnam achieved this transformation through meticulous attention to texture, scale, and environmental storytelling. Concrete walls were transformed into canvases featuring paintings and dramatic sculptural figures that evoke natural landscapes without direct replication. This approach directly responds to the owner’s passion for horticulture while creating a visually rich backdrop that feels organic rather than artificial. The integration of wood bars serves dual purposes: they provide functional surfaces for service while introducing warm, tactile materials that contrast with the cool concrete and reinforce the restaurant’s connection to natural resources. Crucially, Studio8 avoided literal imitation by focusing on abstract interpretations—using patterns and textures on ceilings that suggest layered ecosystems rather than specific flora or fauna. This subtle yet profound technique ensures the space feels alive without overwhelming diners with visual noise.
