Ẩn mình trong làn sương đặc trưng của thung lũng Tà Nung, cách trung tâm Đà Lạt khoảng 18 km, cụm văn phòng điều hành của Ta Nung Homestay là một minh chứng tinh tế cho tư duy kiến trúc bền vững trong lĩnh vực lưu trú. Giữa những đồi hoa và nông trại cà phê trải dài, dự án đã chuyển hóa một khu đất khiêm tốn thành không gian làm việc thân thiện với môi trường, phục vụ đội ngũ vận hành quy mô nhỏ của toàn khu nghỉ dưỡng.

Công trình do Mỹ An Architects thiết kế, gồm hai khối cabin hình học liên kết bằng một sàn chung nâng trên cột, giúp hạn chế tác động đến hệ sinh thái cao nguyên. Kiến trúc hướng đến sự cởi mở, khuyến khích tương tác và duy trì kết nối chặt chẽ với thiên nhiên. Trung tâm không gian là sân sinh hoạt chung rộng rãi, vừa đóng vai trò lối vào, vừa là nơi giao tiếp chính. Đặc biệt, một cây thông hiện hữu được giữ lại, vươn xuyên qua sàn, trở thành điểm nhấn sống động, thể hiện rõ tinh thần tôn trọng tự nhiên.

Khối văn phòng chính mở ra hướng rừng thông, tận dụng tối đa ánh sáng và không khí mát lành. Hệ cửa kính lớn kết hợp mái gỗ thông giúp điều tiết ánh sáng, đồng thời giữ được tầm nhìn thông suốt ra cảnh quan. Nhờ đó, không gian làm việc trở nên linh hoạt, gần như xóa nhòa ranh giới giữa bên trong và bên ngoài. Các khu vực làm việc riêng và không gian điều hành khép kín vẫn được bố trí hợp lý, đảm bảo sự riêng tư cần thiết mà không làm mất đi cảm giác kết nối chung.

Một điểm đáng chú ý là giải pháp chiếu sáng ban đêm trong điều kiện không có điện lưới. Thay vì sử dụng ánh sáng mạnh, công trình được thiết kế như một nguồn sáng dịu nhẹ với hệ đèn công suất thấp, tông màu ấm. Ánh sáng được lan tỏa vừa đủ để đảm bảo an toàn di chuyển, đồng thời giữ nguyên vẻ tĩnh lặng của thiên nhiên xung quanh.

Ta Nung Homestay Executive Office cho thấy cách một không gian làm việc hiện đại có thể hòa hợp với cảnh quan thay vì làm gián đoạn nó. Sự kết hợp giữa tỷ lệ kiến trúc hài hòa, vật liệu chân thực và giải pháp thiết kế thông minh đã tạo nên một hình mẫu đáng tham khảo cho các công trình nghỉ dưỡng tại vùng cao Việt Nam.

Nestled in the signature mist of Ta Nung Valley, approximately 18 km from the centre of Dalat, Vietnam, the Executive Office Cluster of Ta Nung Homestay stands as an elegant testament to sustainable thinking in hospitality architecture. Amid rolling flower hills and vast coffee plantations, the project transforms a modest plot into an environmentally responsible workspace serving the resort’s compact operational team.

Designed by Mỹ An Architects, the complex consists of two geometric cabin volumes linked by a shared elevated platform supported on stilts, minimising impact on the delicate highland ecosystem. The architecture emphasises openness, encourages interaction, and maintains a strong connection with nature. At the heart of the design lies a generous community terrace that functions both as a welcoming entrance and the primary social hub. A preserved existing pine tree rises through the deck, becoming a living focal point that powerfully expresses respect for the natural environment.

The main office block opens towards the pine forest, maximising natural light and the cool, fresh highland air. Large glass panels combined with rhythmic pine-wood roofing effectively diffuse sunlight while preserving unobstructed views of the surrounding landscape. This creates a fluid, flexible workspace that almost dissolves the boundary between indoors and outdoors. Private workstations and a more enclosed executive suite are thoughtfully arranged to provide necessary privacy without sacrificing the overall sense of connection.

A particularly noteworthy feature is the night-time lighting solution in an area without grid electricity. Instead of harsh illumination, the entire complex is designed to glow gently like a lantern, using low-wattage warm-toned lights. The soft, refracted light ensures safe movement while preserving the tranquil atmosphere of the surrounding forest.

The Ta Nung Homestay Executive Office demonstrates how a modern workspace can harmonise with its landscape rather than interrupt it. Through balanced architectural proportions, honest materials, and intelligent design strategies, the project offers a valuable reference for sustainable hospitality developments across Vietnam’s highlands.
