Trong trung tâm sôi động của TP.HCM, công trình thiết kế bởi 07beach đã biến không gian bê tông thành trải nghiệm cảm giác sâu sắc thông qua sự tương phản vật liệu và tích hợp nước. Dự án 637m² này tái định nghĩa ẩm thực đô thị với các bề mặt có độ textur hóa và chuỗi không gian chảy trôi, cân bằng giữa vẻ raw công nghiệp và sự bình yên tự nhiên.
Nghệ Thuật Vật Liệu: Bê Tông, Đá Tường Và Cảm Xúc Thiên Nhiên
Công trình bắt đầu từ việc chuyển đổi bê tông từ yếu tố cấu trúc thành điểm nhấn cảm giác. 07beach sử dụng mẫu điểm khoan nhỏ xuyên suốt mặt tiền và không gian nội thất, tạo ra độ textur mờ ấm mà vẫn nổi bật như nền tảng cho biển hiệu cửa vào.
Trong không gian thực tế, bê tông chuyển tiếp sang các khu vực riêng biệt: phòng VIP có đá cát trắng tương phản với tường điểm khoan, trong khi cánh cửa thép rỗng tạo ánh sáng lọc và tầm nhìn hạn chế mà vẫn đảm bảo tính riêng tư.
Đá vân cũng mở rộng câu chuyện textur hóa. Vùng sàn khu vực ngồi tầng hai có mẫu đen trắng đơn sắc, giúp định hướng rõ ràng cho con đường đi đồng thời tạo điểm tương phản vui nhộn với bối cảnh công nghiệp. Cấp thang dẫn lên được thiết kế qua sự đối lập giữa các bậc đá sáng và tường tối – một chuỗi bước đi nhấn mạnh tính khả hiện của từng bậc mà không làm mất cân bằng không gian.
Các yếu tố thiên nhiên hòa quyện tự nhiên vào cuộc đối thoại vật liệu này. Vùng trồng cây phía sau khu vực ngồi chính được chiếu sáng từ mái vòm, mang lại sự sống động và tươi mới. Đất xanh này tương phản với bê tông và thép nhưng vẫn giữ kết nối với không gian ngoài trời.
Nước Là Chất Lượng Không Gian: Hồ, Ánh Sáng Và Đường Đi
Nước ở đây không chỉ là yếu tố trang trí mà hoạt động như nhà thiết kế không gian chủ động. Hồ chính được nhìn thấy từ khu chờ và bao quanh bởi mái dốc tạo thành con đường thị giác rõ ràng hướng khách vào trong, đồng thời loại bỏ các chướng ngại để tăng cường sự bình yên.
Mối quan hệ giữa nước và ánh sáng trở thành yếu tố then chốt định hình không khí công trình. Ánh sáng tự nhiên đổ xuống bậc thang VIP từ trên cao, tạo ra chuyển tiếp sáng giữa các tầng. Sự tương phản này thiết lập nhịp điệu khiến khách trải qua những trạng thái cảm xúc khác nhau – bình yên ở rìa hồ, cường độ cao gần khu nấu ăn và sự suy tư nhẹ nhàng ở khu vực trên.
Các hệ thống kính lỗ có màu xanh mờ giúp tinh tế hóa trải nghiệm không gian. Chúng đáp ứng yêu cầu của khách hàng về điểm nhấn ẩn dụ nhưng vẫn duy trì kết nối thị giác giữa trong và ngoài.

The project confronts Ho Chi Minh City’s relentless energy not by retreating from it, but by weaving a refined counterpoint within its urban fabric. At 219 Đ. Điện Biên Phủ in Quận 3, 07beach’s intervention reimagines the space through a dialogue between tactile materials and dynamic water elements. The design avoids ornamental excesses to create an atmosphere where industrial grit coexists with natural serenity—a tension that becomes the project’s defining architectural language.
Material Alchemy: Concrete, Terrazzo, and Natural Textures
The foundation lies in concrete’s transformation from structural element to sensory anchor. 07beach employs a drill-bit pattern throughout the facade and interior, creating a subtle yet striking texture that serves as both primary finish and visual backdrop for the entrance sign. This treatment avoids conventional smoothing, instead embracing the material’s inherent character while maintaining an elegant restraint. Within the space, concrete transitions into intimate zones: the VIP room features white gravel contrasting against drill-textured walls, while perforated steel folding doors offer filtered light and partial visibility without sacrificing privacy.
The terrazzo finishes further deepen this tactile narrative. A monochrome pattern of black and white appears on the second-floor seating area’s floor, enhancing pathway clarity while adding playful contrast to the industrial context. This deliberate choice balances functionality with aesthetic interest, avoiding visual clutter. The staircase ascends through a dramatic interplay of light terrazzo treads against darker risers and walls—a sequence that emphasizes each step’s visibility without overwhelming the space.
Natural elements integrate organically into this material dialogue. At the back of the main seating area, a planting zone bathed in skylight illumination introduces life and freshness. This greenery contrasts with the concrete and steel while maintaining connection to the outdoors. Similarly, the restroom incorporates a wall-mounted water feature that flows down an inclined countertop, merging function with fluidity.
Water as Spatial Catalyst: Ponds, Light, and the Flowing Path
Water functions not merely as decoration but as an active spatial architect in this project. The central pond, visible from the waiting bar and framed by a sloping ceiling, creates a deliberate visual pathway that guides guests inward while eliminating obstructions to enhance serenity. This unbroken line of sight transforms the water into a dynamic element that shapes perception rather than simply reflecting surroundings.
The pond’s relationship with light becomes critical to the space’s atmosphere. Natural illumination cascades onto the VIP staircase from above, creating a luminous transition between levels. This interplay of water and light establishes a rhythm that moves visitors through distinct emotional states—calm at the pond’s edge, heightened intensity near the kitchen, quiet contemplation in the upper areas. The design avoids artificial lighting to preserve this organic flow.
Vertical glass lattices with subtle green hues further refine the spatial experience. These elements respond to client requests for understated accents while maintaining visual connections between interior and exterior. Openings within the wall allow glimpses of nature that blend architecture with the surrounding environment, reinforcing the project’s theme of integration rather than separation.
YAZAWA SAIGON demonstrates how architectural restraint can yield profound impact in dense urban settings. By focusing on material authenticity and water as a spatial catalyst, 07beach creates an experience where every detail—from the drill-bit concrete to the skylight-drenched garden—contributes to a cohesive narrative of texture and light.
